Navigating through covid-19

Hidden Tresses is committed to caring for the health and well-being of all our customers and therefore we have made some adjustments to our services:

Shipping/delivery:

As postal services are likely to be hugely affected by the pandemic, it is likely that customers may not receive their orders within the initially specified time frame. We advise that orders are made ahead of time (3-4 weeks). If needed urgently, we advise getting in touch with us to arrange for collection. All deliveries that we receive are sanitised using an alcoholic spray (and just before shipping).

Bookings: 

We are not taking any 1-1 hair bookings. All orders are to be posted or dropped off/collected.

Collections/drop-offs:

Customers will be asked to drop their hair off and collect it from a specified address at checkout. You will be advised to drop the package at the door and step at least 2 meters away. All drop-offs are sanitised using an alcoholic spray (including just before collection).
